1994^^U.S. Veterans Commemorative Silver Dollars^^Three-Coin Uncirculated Set^^: This set comes in the original government-issued velvet case holder, box, slipcover, and with COA. The obverse of the Prisoner of War Museum depicts a bald eagle in flight, which has a chain on one leg, and barbed wire encircles the design. The reverse of the coin shows the plan view of the proposed Prisoner of War Museum. (1) The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Silver Dollar was issued to mark the 10th anniversary of the dedication of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Wall in Washington, D.C. The obverse features a hand touching the Memorial Wall, and the reverse depicts three military ribbons. (2) The purpose of the Women in Military Service Memorial Silver Dollar was to raise funds for the construction of a memorial complex honoring American Women who served in the Military. The obverse shows five women in line, which represents the branches of the military, and the reverse depicts the proposed Women in Military Service Memorial building.
